Rhodes Willoughby was previously a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the Healthcare and Private Equity practice areas, with work spanning AI/ML, data, healthcare and software.
Before BCG, he worked with Neo Kuma Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund investing across biopharma, healthcare services and digital health platforms.
Prior to Neo Kuma, he trained as a Medical Doctor at Imperial College London, where he also co-founded STEMaccess, an education consultancy supporting government organisations, private institutions and schools across the UK and Asia.
